Mike Wanzer
Mike Wanzer, Lake Tahoe Catering Company's owner, has made Lake Tahoe his home for the past 20 years. The majority of that time has been spent in the restaurant biz. He has owned two different restaurants including Kingsbury Coffee and the current Fat City Food Company. Mike established Lake Tahoe Catering Company in 1999 and has been growing the operation ever since. His love for the kitchen dates back to his early days. He remembers cooking with his Grandma and telling the whole family that one day he would own his own restaurant. He has been collaborating with Ed Winslow over 6 years now and looks forward to continuing to please guests in both his restaurant and at catering events.

Ed Winslow
Lake Tahoe Catering Company's executive chef Ed Winslow has been a profession culinary artist for over 30 years. His experience speaks for itself through his tasty, innovative creations. A native of Lake Tahoe, Ed loves catering to the locals and visitors alike. He is always interested in experimenting with new ideas and designing menus to fit certain dietary needs and budgets. Ed is also a world class ice sculptor. He has competed in many ice carving competition and won several medals. He was one of 70 carvers from 15 countries invited to build Ice World in Lubeck, Germany in 2004. His work has been featured in "Rolling Stone Magazine", "Chef Magazine", "Gourmet Food Magazine", "Reno Gazette", and "Reuters" news in Germany. As the owner of Ice Magic Ice Sculptures based here in Lake Tahoe, Ed is pleased to offer his creations for your very own event.

Sara Jaurequi has been in the catering business in the Lake Tahoe area for over 5 years. During that time, she has worked all aspects of a variety of events. Whether it is an intimate dinner for 2 in a private home or an extravagant wedding for 500, she has done it all.
