"Everyone in my family is still talking about the wonderful meal you prepared for the 35 of us at our family reunion in July. One word keeps coming up: perfect.

We were delighted to see your red truck when you pulled up to deliver our lunch at Pope Beach, right on time. The food was excellent - the salmon and tri-tip were quickly devoured, the garlic bread disappeared immediately, the kiddies loved their hot dogs, and the salads and side dishes were all tasty. And we had enough food left over for many of us to enjoy your good cooking for a couple of more meals.

I really appreciate how easy it was to arrange the whole event via email, and your willingness to prepare exactly the menu we wanted.

I've enclosed some photos of the gang serving up their lunches. If you look real closely, you can probably see smiles on a lot of our faces. Thanks again for making our picnic a day to remember."
